Ammonium Nitrate is a fertilizer. But when combined with any fuel and a simple ignition it becomes a bomb. (Remember — Oklahoma City- Murrah building. That was a uHaul truck with a few 55gal drums of mixed diesel and ammonium nitrate. This was something close to an entire freight ship full of ammonium nitrate. ) it’s used in mining too. The blast power is unreal.
